WaveStrike is a woman-owned small business founded to provide Software Engineering services to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. We are a premium provider of technology solutions in the areas of Agile Software Development, Cloud Storage and Retrieval Solutions, Big Data Analytics, Web Development, Distributed Computing, and DevOps. WaveStrike was founded in 2010 by a team of individuals who had worked together at various points in their long careers in the Intelligence Community. This team decided it was time to take their lessons learned and create the company that was their vision of what they had learned over the years as the ideal place to work. With backgrounds in technology, software engineering, consulting, business, and program management the leadership team of WaveStrike brings together a strong history of over 50 collective years supporting the Intelligence Community. With career histories working at both large and small businesses, the leadership team was able to create a culture that took the best aspects of each place they worked to form the WaveStrike vision.

WaveStrike's software engineering talent pool offers all levels of software engineering experience. Many members of our engineering team have acquired various technical certifications including the Sun Certified Java Developer (Java SE / Java EE) and Cloudera Hadoop Certified Developer/Administrator. Every member of our senior engineering team all have their Agile Scrum Master certificate.
